The Australian Automation and Robotics Precinct (AARP) is a world-leading collaborative innovation hub and Australia’s largest test and development site supporting the advancement of automation, robotics, remote operations and zero emissions technologies globally.
Strategically located just 35km north of Perth, Western Australia and just 30mins drive from the CBD, the AARP provides a unique and accessible testing environment, developed and managed by DevelopmentWA – the State Government of Western Australia’s land development agency, and operated by CORE Innovation Hub.

The AARP offers next-generation facilities for leading robotics and automation innovators.
Six large test zones are available for lease ranging from one to 22 hectares. The sites have been purpose built to suit a broad range of industries to develop, test and showcase products and services in real-world environments, without the need to disrupt operations or production.
An interim on-site office with co-working spaces is currently available for use, while the AARP Headquarters building is under construction.

The common-user AARP Headquarters was completed in November 2024. The 1200sqm building features a flexible and adaptable design with co-working offices and meeting rooms, research and development space, showcasing areas, workshop facilities, laboratories, small-scale fabrication facilities, training rooms and a viewing mezzanine floor.
